How to moisturise your vulva with natural care?
To combat vulvar dryness and the resulting discomfort, it may be necessary to moisturise the vulva daily. And with 100% natural care, it's even better!
Homeopathy
Folliculinum 5 CH and Vaginal mucosa 5 CH are molecules that help restore natural lubrication. If the dryness is important, we opt for Alumina 5 CH or Bryonia 5 CH. Greasy homeopathic creams are very effective in moisturizing the vulvar region, particularly those with calendula or aloe vera.
Vegetable oils
To soothe irritations, you can moisturize your vulva by massaging the areas that are red or swollen with a dry vegetable oil such as sweet almond oil, hazelnut oil, coconut oil or borage oil. Be careful, only choose virgin oils, organic and without added ingredients
Essential oils
If itching is added to the dryness, you can moisturize your vulva with fine lavender or tea tree essential oil. Sage essential oil is rich in phytoestrogens and helps to rebalance the vaginal flora.
Fatty acids
We adopt a diet rich in omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids (salmon, mackerel, sardines, olive oil...) which promote hydration of the mucous membranes, including those in the intimate area.
Simply water!
Hydration means water, even for your vulva! The cells that make up the body, regardless of their location, need water. 1.5 liters of water per day, combined with herbal teas, tea, or even vegetable juices are necessary for good hydration.
Probiotics
When the vaginal flora is unbalanced, probiotics provide a natural solution to restore and stabilize it. South Beauty is a creamy gel-textured care product, rich in probiotics (and prebiotics), which moisturizes and protects the vulval mucosa: a natural all-in-one, indispensable daily product!
