Ondine : Life savior This cream has saved my life during my period. I use it morning and night, and while I'm usually plagued by pimples for 2 weeks every month, I can hardly see one appear timidly.
Carole: Best seller for me too! It's the product I've been buying regularly since its creation. I was delighted this year to be able to introduce it to my niece, who was battling the same acne I was at the time. It's the perfect way to get through this complicated period for my skin.

We answer your questions
Exactly! This special pre-menstrual care is applied from the 14th day of your cycle until its end. We recommend that you apply it at least once a day in the morning to clean skin during this period. At this frequency, the bottle should last you about 3 months.
During the period before our period, our skin undergoes hormonal changes. The result? Oily skin and often blemishes. And your skin also loses moisture! In short, nothing to write home about. It is for this period that Sarah has designed her care product. It protects the skin's flora, stimulates the skin's barrier and gives it a fresh and luminous complexion.
Oh My Periods is not a hormonal acne cream. Hormonal acne is indeed different from classic acne. It usually takes the form of inflamed micro-cysts which create blemishes (often on the chin) that are resistant to cosmetic products.
Oh My Periods! is a skin care product designed to help your skin get through the pre-menstrual period by providing it with what it needs: hydration, sebum regulation, protection of the skin flora, limiting inflammation for greater comfort and radiance.
Why does the skin change during the premenstrual period?
During the period before our period, our skin undergoes hormonal changes. The sebaceous glands are stimulated due to increased progesterone levels, making the skin oily. Blemishes may also appear as the pores become larger. Estrogen levels decrease and the skin loses moisture. In short, a magic combo!
Based on this observation, Sarah thought up "Oh my periods! a skincare product that protects the skin's flora thanks to a cocktail of prebiotics, stimulates the skin's barrier, while giving it a fresh and luminous complexion.
Why does our skin vary so much during our menstrual cycle?
🔥 Week 1:
During menstruation, estrogen and progesterone levels are at their lowest, making the skin more reactive. During this phase, the uterus produces prostaglandins. This leads to a greater sensitivity to pain, which is why our skin is more sensitive. Blood circulation is also slowed down, which can affect the appearance of our complexion. The skin is drier and more sensitive, and blemishes may appear due to inflammation.
✨ Week 2:
Estrogen levels increase and peak at ovulation. This is the period when the skin is at its best because these proteins boost the fibroblasts. They allow the skin to have good hydration, elasticity and suppleness because they participate in the good production of collagen and hyaluronic acid in particular.
🍔 Week 3:
The sebaceous glands are stimulated as a result of increased progesterone levels, making the skin oily. Blemishes may also appear as the pores become more dilated. Estrogen levels decrease and the skin loses moisture.🔴 Week 4:
Progesterone levels fall, as do estrogen levels. Another hormone, prostaglandin, can also cause increased redness.💪 What to remember?
During the period before our period (10 to 15 days before), our skin undergoes hormonal changes leading to imperfections and sensitivity. To meet the needs of the skin and provide comfort and softness, we have co-created Oh My Periods, a special facial targeted for your pre-menstrual period.
