Hey Nideco, where do you deliver ?
We deliver in France, and also in the European Union and the rest of the world, but special delivery rates may apply.
How does the delivery work?
We offer several types of delivery: directly to your home via Colis Privé, or to a point-relais via Mondial Relay, Point Poste or Lockers for mainland France, and Mondial Relay for Belgium, Spain and Luxembourg. You can choose your preferred delivery method when you place your order.
In general, you'll receive your order within 2-3 working days for home delivery and 4-5 days for Mondial Relay, barring any inconvenience beyond our control. As soon as your order has been picked up and dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number - so you can follow your order directly until your products arrive in your bathroom!
For France
For orders of €60 or more, delivery is free in a "point relais" (or €4.9 at home). For orders under €60, delivery charges apply: €6.9 at home or €4.9 at a relay point.
For orders over €100, home delivery is free.
Shipping costs 18 euros and is free for orders over 110 euros.
For Spain, Belgium and Luxembourg
Delivery is offered by Mondial Relay for orders of 60 euros or more (for orders of less, a fee of €6.9 will apply).
Home delivery is free for orders over €100 (€8.9 for orders under €100).
For Germany
DHL delivery is free for orders over €100. Below this, a charge of €9.9 will apply.
For Portugal, Italy, the Netherlands and the UK
For orders of €110 or more, delivery is charged at €3.9 (below this, between €6.9 and €9.9).
For other European countries
For deliveries under 110€, a delivery charge of 18€ will apply. For orders over €110, delivery is €10.
For the United States and Canada
A home delivery charge of €18 will apply.
And for the rest of the world
A delivery charge of 30€ will apply.

Can I return or exchange a product?
First of all, we're really sorry that you didn't like your product. We will do our best to solve your problem - the return procedure is very simple, just scan the QR code on your delivery note and let us guide you ;-)
To return or exchange, the product must be new (never used) and your request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order: the price of the product will be refunded once the product is returned. We do not refund the shipping costs.
