Not my problem: Apply a few drops of the oil to the painful area (lower abdomen and/or back) and massage very gently. Use a hot-water bottle to maximize relaxation.

Fart'astique Ginette et Josianne: One to two capsules, depending on the meal, to be taken before or up to 2 hours after the meal, with a large glass of water.
