By communicating directly with you every step of the way, we work together to create cosmetics that are healthy, authentic, innovative and true to your expectations. Each product reflects what you, the community, really need, the community, really need.

Step 1: Your idea

Do you have a cosmetic idea in mind? We're here to listen! You don't have to be an expert, just sincere. Post your idea on our site, whether it's a product you're missing or a new formulation you're dreaming up. Every testimonial is valuable, because it's from your needs that everything starts.

Step 2: Voting

If your idea is selected, we submit it to the Nidéco community for voting. You then enter into an exchange with us and, of course, the community. The prize: 500 euros! Your project has 3 months to reach the 2,000 votes needed to become a product.

Stage 3: Beta testing

Once the votes have been cast, your idea takes shape. You take part in the development by discussing formulations, textures and active ingredients. We then select 200 people to test the first version of the product over a 5-week period. This is where the magic happens: every feedback helps us refine, improve and optimize the final product.

Stage 4: The launch

Your idea becomes reality, in the form of a clean, cruelty-free product ready to meet everyday needs. A true partnership is established: you receive a bonus of 1,000 euros. Then a % of the sales generated thanks to you, for a fair share of the value.
