Why does your skin feel tight after a shower?
Depending on where you shower, you may have noticed that your skin can be more or less dry when you leave. The reason: the hardness of the water. The more ions (calcium and magnesium) the water contains, the harder and more calcareous it is. And for those who particularly like very hot showers ❌ bad news: the hotter the water, the more easily it carries limescale!
