How to avoid a red face after sport?

Under stress, your body increases in temperature. 🔥🔥🌡

In addition to the perspiration that passes through the sweat glands, the dilation of the blood vessels allows for better evacuation of heat and thus regulates your body temperature. It is when blood flow and tissue oxygenation increase that your skin turns red!

To avoid having a little too red face after your workout:

Practice your sport outside or in an airy environment - it will be less hot!
