"Mental health is a new concern, yet we're all affected by it on a daily basis, and have been for as long as we've had to manage our lives.
Like all independent women, we have a lot on our plate at the same time, and although it may seem a superficial subject/need, this mental load actually affects much more essential and primary aspects of our lives.
I'd like anyone who identifies as a woman or a man to be able to talk about what's weighing on them, not be afraid to ask for help if they're feeling overwhelmed, and communicate with the people around them. "
