How to treat your skin during your period?
The menstrual cycle has an effect on our skin. When menstruation arrives, two things happen. Estrogen and progesterone levels decrease, which results in a lack of moisture for the skin and increased sensitivity.
Small reminder:
Just before menstruation, the skin produces more sebum due to the drop in estrogen levels. Pores are more clogged and blackheads or pimples may appear.
