This melting, rebalancing gel cream will help the skin of your face to get through the upheavals and inflammations linked to the pre-menstrual period: sensitised skin, tired features, excess sebum, proliferation of small pimples and blackheads, dilated pores...
Tits Party to relieve your breasts
During the menstrual cycle, the nipples and breasts may become sore due to hormonal changes (the body is preparing for a possible pregnancy)

South Beauty to soothe and strengthen the flora of the vulvar area
Hormonal changes also disturb the bacterial flora of your intimate area, which becomes disrupted and leads to its share of discomfort. So to avoid vaginal dryness, irritation, itching and so on, we go for probiotics and prebiotics thanks to this creamy gel texture that moisturises and protects the vulvar mucosa.

Wellness Tips & Advice
Because yes - we dedicate our days to making sure you get the best care, for each of these issues, but we have other advice for you!
- If there is an overproduction of sebum, clean your skin daily with a mild cleanser
- If you have pimples that appear despite everything, don't touch them (we can't repeat this enough). This is essential to avoid scarring and worsening the infection, irritation and inflammation.
- If your PMS gives you a break, do some sport! You sweat and clean your skin immediately = you cleanse your pores.
- A warm bath soothes tension and relieves pain
- To limit the pain associated with the menstrual cycle or a large bust, we advise you to wear suitable bras, or no bra at all if you are more comfortable without.
- ✋ Also avoid caffeine which will tend to constrict blood vessels and above all moisturise and massage your chest. This will help improve lymphatic and blood circulation. If intimate comfort is still a taboo subject, it concerns nearly half of the world's population... So we say it loud and clear
🐚 LET'S TAKE CARE OF OUR VULVAS AND VAGINAS
- ✋ Clothing that is too tight should be avoided, especially if you suffer from vulval dryness or irritation: the friction may make things worse. The same goes for wearing a thong! For everyday use, cotton panties are preferable 😊
- 🧼 An external toilet is sufficient to clean your intimate area daily. You can use a specially dedicated product, whose pH will be adapted to the vulvar area. Once or twice a day. And above all choose natural menstrual protection made of organic cotton.
💛 PS SELF LOVE: Love your period! 💛
Or not, it's your choice (because for some, they are really not a pleasure).
But they are there.
The key to all this is perhaps the easiest thing to say: but rather than suffer your rules, isn't it time to accept them?
Simply put.
No shame.
No discomfort.
No secrecy.
Not afraid to talk about it.
No suffering in silence.
No solitary questioning.
Let's accept the rules as something that is part of us and that is, in the end when you think about it, just the logical result that everything is fine.
And it's nice too, when everything is going well. Isn't it? ❤️
