How to use
For Oh my periods: Apply a dab of the product (once or twice a day) to clean, dry skin during the pre-menstrual period (ideally, the two weeks before the start of your period).
For Tits Party: Apply in a circular massage to the clean and dry skin of the breasts.
For South beauty: Apply a small amount to the vulvar area and massage until the product is completely absorbed - As an occasional application, when the need for soothing is felt - As a daily application to strengthen the skin microbiome and improve the general comfort of the vulva day after day
Pour I'm a survivor: Appliquer sur l’intérieur des poignets et le plexus solaire dès que le besoin se fait ressentir. A respirer sans modération (une toute petite quantité suffit).
Pour Not my problem: Appliquer quelques gouttes de l’huile sur la zone douloureuse (bas ventre et/ou dos) et masser très légèrement. L'utilisation d'une bouillotte en complément maximisera la détente.
