For Oh my periods: Apply a dab of the product (once or twice a day) to clean, dry skin during the pre-menstrual period (ideally, the two weeks before the start of your period).
For Tits Party: Apply in a circular massage to the clean and dry skin of the breasts.
For South beauty: Apply a small amount to the vulvar area and massage until the product is completely absorbed - As an occasional application, when the need for soothing is felt - As a daily application to strengthen the skin microbiome and improve the general comfort of the vulva day after day
For I'm a survivor: Apply to the inside of wrists and solar plexus as needed. Breathe in without moderation (a very small amount is enough).
For Not my problem: Apply a few drops of the oil to the painful area (lower abdomen and/or back) and massage very lightly. Use a hot-water bottle to maximize relaxation.
