We took it a step further: our saffron is French, local 🇫🇷 and is produced by a small team of four passionate sisters @bienelevees 👩🌾👩🌾 part of pariculturists, an approach committed to biodiversity in Paris 🌱.

Here saffron grows on the roofs of Paris, which reduces the carbon footprint of saffron consumed in France, largely imported! That's right!
