TIPS

🧼 If there is an overproduction of sebum, clean your skin daily with a mild cleanser like Clean that face

❌ If you have pimples that appear despite everything, don't touch them (we can't repeat this enough). This is essential to avoid any scars and worsen the infection, irritation, inflammation.

🤸🏼♀️ If your spm gives you a break, work out! You sweat and immediately cleanse your skin = you cleanse your skin pores.

🛁 A good hot bath soothes away tension but also relieves pain.

👙 To limit the pain associated with the menstrual cycle or even a generous bust, we advise wearing adapted bras, or no bra at all if you are more comfortable without one.

❌ Also avoid caffeine which will tend to constrict the blood vessels and most importantly moisturise and massage your chest. This will allow you to improve lymphatic and blood circulation.

❌ C lothes that are too tight should be avoided, especially when you suffer from vulvar dryness or irritation: the friction may make things worse. The same goes for wearing a thong! In everyday life, we prefer cotton panties ;)

🧼 An external toilet is sufficient to clean your intimate area daily. You can use a specially dedicated product, whose pH will be adapted to the vulvar area. Once or twice a day. And above all choose natural menstrual protection made of organic cotton.
