Healthy glow effect: how to give your face a glow?
A blotchy complexion, tired features, dull skin... No doubt about it, your face needs a good glow to recover its radiance. Here are some tips for a guaranteed healthy glow, just like after a weekend by the sea!
1. Twice-daily cleansing to restore radiance
If we (normally) think of removing make-up and other residues at night, we (often) forget to clean our skin in the morning. And yet, it is during the night that your skin regenerates and that dead cells can accumulate on the surface of the skin and leave a dull veil.
2. A gentle scrub to restore radiance
Once a week, apply a gentle exfoliating scrub to cleansed facial skin to smooth, soothe and soften the epidermis. Choose a scrub with fruit acids or with fine grains (sugar, for example) that you massage in small circular movements. The pores will be tightened and the microcirculation boosted for a rosier skin texture!
3. A vitamin cream to restore radiance
There's nothing like a good moisturizer to give you a radiant, fresh complexion. But don't choose just any moisturizer: it must be adapted to your skin's needs. For a luminous complexion, opt for a radiance cream that quenches, plumps and illuminates the skin, like Glowy Hours: a real vitamin shot, it provides an immediate healthy glow and energizes tired skin. A real SOS cream for nights that are too short!
4. A light make-up to restore radiance
There's no need to overdo it to get a glowing complexion: apply a foundation that's not too full to avoid a mask effect, but enough to hide redness and small spots. It must be discreet to reveal the natural radiance of your skin ... We add a concealer, the base to wake up the look! Then a bit of slightly pearly blush to subtly illuminate the face, a hint of mascara insisting on the outer corner of the eye to enlarge the look, a brush stroke in the eyebrows... And? And that's it: your skin is as glowy as after a two-hour walk by the ocean in a cool wind!
