Why moisturizing your skin after sports is important
When you play sports regularly, you sweat... Especially if you are a fan of cardio sports! The dehydration linked to sports activity requires you to drink enough to compensate for this loss of water and minerals. Drinking water is essential, but don't forget your skin.
It too needs to be rehydrated after sport: subjected to water stress due to the effort that has just been made, it has lost an abnormal amount of water and is dehydrated. This is not to be confused with dry skin, a rare type of skin that is characterized by flaking, scaling, tightness and a dull complexion.
