Is a solo hand massage possible?
#1 - Stretch your hands - Squeeze both fists firmly and then stretch your fingers as far as possible, repeating several times.
#2 - Apply your hand cream (if you don't have any discover I'm not a mermaid hands) - inside, back of the hand and between the fingers.
#3 - Pinch your fingertips. Firmly pinch the tip of each finger with the thumb and index finger of your right hand. Press from front to back and side to side. Don't forget your thumb and then do the other hand.
#4 - Massage your fingers. Start at the base (near the joint), turn and gently pull each finger, massaging it all the way to the tip, then do the other hand.
#5 - Massage between your fingers. Hold the skin firmly and pull on it by sliding your fingers until the skin escapes them. Do all fingers then the other.
#6 - Massage the back of each hand. Hold your left palm in your right hand (as if you were shaking hands) and use your right thumb to massage the back of your left hand. Start at the base of your pinky and massage your way up to your wrist in short, firm strokes.
#7 - Massage the inside of your wrists. Use your opposite thumb in a circular motion. Then repeat the process on the other wrist.
#8 - Stretch your hands - Gently shake your hands. Rotate your wrists a few times, clench your fists and stretch your fingers.
#9 - Massage your palms. Hold one hand in the other and massage your palm in small circular motions with firm pressure. Start in the center and work your way outward, spending more time on the parts that hurt. finish by pressing firmly on the center
