Stop the preconceived notions: working out is a guy thing!
Muscular women: a taboo?
Being muscular nowadays, it's totally valued. Just swipe a few stories...
And when a woman decides to muscle something else ... it can give this :
That'smuscle-shaming, or the devaluation of a woman who is too muscular. Because a muscular woman is often equated.... with a man.
But men themselves are victims of a stereotype: you have to be virile, tall, not too fat, not too thin, strong, protective and therefore very muscular. This is evidenced by the fact that weight rooms are often perceived as a masculine space.
Anyway, historically, working out is a guy thing 🏋🏽♂️.
🤩 Today, times have changed a lot. And the word is getting out! #strongirls

So at Nidé.co, we say it loud and clear:
You can be a woman and muscular.
You can be a man and not muscular.
You can be feminine and muscular (or not and so what?).
You can be feminine and muscular.
One can be not muscular and feminine.
