AHHH BUT SLEEP!!! Bloom #15
Breakup, too much work, too much stress or worries: there are many reasons for insomnia.
Nothing to do: even after an exhausting day, you're in your bed, spinning around.
It has everything to please your little nest: a soft comforter, plump pillows and perfectly opaque curtains.
And yet, like every time you end up saying to yourself: "AHHHH BUT SLEEP!!! You have to sleep!!!" followed by "Only 5 hours to go", "Only 4 hours left !!!! But why aren't you sleeping?!", etc.
Faced with the passing of time, it is anguish, tears, anger, powerlessness.
Unfortunately, there is no ready-made recipe to deal with all this. But here are some tips to make you feel better:
- Apply I'm a survivor on the hot spots (solar plexus and inside of the wrists), its powerful cocktail of essential oils with soothing and destressing virtues will facilitate sleep.
- An insomnia, it is not serious! Stop blaming yourself and start by stopping blaming yourself with "I have to" (at worst what? You don't sleep? It's not ideal, but you'll sleep better the next day!)
- Try chamomile tea and essential oils. These natural ingredients will help you relax and calm your racing brain.
- Turn off your phone and open a good book.
- A short sprint during the day will also help to eliminate tension and clear your head.
