How to choose your sun cream while taking care of the environment?
A summer essential, how do you choose the right sun cream? 👋
The higher the SPF, the more the skin is protected: dark and black skin can opt for a lower SPF (30, 25 or 20 depending on sun exposure), light to medium skin should use SPF30 to 50+.
Also remember to renew the application regularly!
✈️ Think about where you use it (exposure is not the same between a drink on a terrace and a swim in the middle of the Mediterranean)
☀️ Sunscreens contain UV filters that have the ability to absorb or reflect ultraviolet radiation. Favor mineral filters that reflect and diffuse UV radiation because chemical filters, contained in most sunscreens on the market, contribute to significant water pollution and can cause allergies, irritation and some are even suspected of being endocrine disruptors.
However, be careful not to choose suncare products that have too transparent a finish. In fact, the less whitish the finish, the more nanoparticles (which can lead to cancer risks) the formula contains.
But above all: take care of yourself and focus on the shadows.
Now that's 100% natural! 😎
