Committed to Make Friday Green Again 👊🏼
Become a signatory of the open letter @makefridaygreenagainTo do this, we need to make consumption a priority in order to fight climate change.
Let's learn to consume better, more healthily and with reason, because daily consumption represents 37% of our CO2 emissions. The objective is to identify what we really need, to do it less and better, while giving a second life to objects we no longer use (donation, resale, repair, recycling ...).
22 million tons of CO2 emitted by Black Friday online shopping alone. That's the equivalent of all the CO2 emitted by all Parisians in one year, or all the people of Marseille, Nice, Toulouse and Lyon in one year. So let's take the time to sort out and identify what we really need.
Reduce your purchases so that consumption takes up less space in your life. Choices that are more in line with climate issues, which consist in avoiding buying out of "desire" and favoring buying "out of need".
And you, have you ever thought about this? Do you have methods to consume less?
By sorting your waste properly, you allow it to be recycled. Recycling is a real gift to the planet: every year in France, it represents 1.8 million tons of CO2 not emitted, the equivalent of 800,000 cars on the road.
