For Upper chill: Apply the jelly by massaging it into the areas of tension in the body with tonic kneading movements to accelerate muscle relaxation.
For Fit & fabulous: Three sprays on the face after exercise. Shall we go for a run?

For I'm not a mermaid: Apply the gel to clean, dry skin in the morning and/or evening. Massage gently in a circular motion to penetrate and stimulate circulation.
