Oh my periods: Apply a small amount of the product (once or twice a day) to clean, dry skin during the premenstrual period (ideally, the two weeks leading up to the start of your period). Avoid contact with the eyes. For external use only.

JHO Normal Flow Pads: Be sure to wash your hands thoroughly before and after changing your pad. For hygiene and comfort, we recommend changing your pad approximately every 4 hours. All JHO pads feature an organic cotton top layer that comes into direct contact with your intimate area! Say goodbye to discomfort and irritation. All our pads are dermatologically tested and help minimize the risk of irritation.
JHO Tampons with Applicator: The mechanism of the compact applicator is similar to that of a syringe: extend it to its full length, insert it, and then push the inner part upward, which will gently eject the tampon.
Be sure to wash your hands thoroughly before each insertion and removal. For hygiene and health reasons, change your tampon every 4 to 6 hours. Dispose of the used tampon in a regular trash can, along with the applicator and the tampon’s individual packaging.
