I have quite sensitive skin, which means that when I remove my makeup in the evening (even gently and with gentle products) my skin is reddened, tight and even tingling, and I quickly feel the need to apply a very moisturizing product to soothe it.
When I remove my makeup, the first thing that bothers me is the dehydration of my skin, I have skin that pulls. Moreover, I can't find a product that leaves me with a real feeling of well-being, I have the impression that particles remain on my skin. As a bonus, I have a sensitive eye area and it burns me most of the time.
Once I've removed my makeup, my skin is often reddened and slightly irritated. Sometimes my eyes are also a little swollen, a mixture of the cotton that rubs and the products that attack. It's a bit tight, and I often rinse my face several times before it calms down. On the other hand, I hate waterproof makeup removers, which tend to create a greasy skin sensation if there is any left.
I realized that the makeup remover cotton was a disaster for me, I often had pimples that appeared :(
